There is nothing we dislike more than inflated shipping charges and/or 'handling' and 'processing' fees charged by online retailers. We deal with that every day! Sellers that profit from inflated shipping charges should be put out of business. And, sellers that charge a so called 'handling' or 'processing fee' on items they sell online should also be put out of business. If you are going to sell online then 'handling' and 'processing' your product and orders is a necessity (DUH!) and any cost associated with that should be built into the selling price! It is a cost of doing business, not an inconvenience imposed on the seller!
OK, we'll get off of our "soap" box now! (pun intended!) .....

We do not charge handling or processing fees, nor do we inflate our shipping charges. We typically lose a little money on each shipped order due to our shipping charges not quite matching actual costs. Yes, we really do!  And, if the actual shipping cost for an order happens to be less than our charged amount, we refund that difference to the buyer!!
Who else does that?  

We ship USPS Priority Mail in most cases. Large orders may ship UPS Ground. Both methods are traceable online. If we ship to a PO Box, USPS Priority Mail will be the shipping method as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders normally ship within 2 business days of order receipt, but we always try to ship within 1 day.

Flat rate USPS boxes are used whenever possible!


Should you happen to receive an order that has been damaged in transit to you, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may either re-ship the order or refund you, which ever you choose. We will handle all damage claims with the shipper! All you will be required to do is hold on to the damaged item and packaging for inspection by the shipper if they require it. That's it!
